• Refund requests must be submitted at least 2 days prior to the scheduled appointment or program start time.

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days from the date of approval.

• Requests made less than 2 days before the scheduled time will not be eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling Policy

• You may request to change your scheduled time free of cost.

• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be communicated in advance.
